ROM Mother Daughter Experience
Hosted by Dr. Candace Robertson-James, the Reflections of Me Mother Daughter experience is a unique opportunity to engage girls, their mothers or other supportive adults in interactive sessions, activities and facilitated discussions.
This experience aims to:
(1) Empower mothers to equip their daughters with the skills, to develop a healthy self-concept that fully embraces their God given purpose;
(2) Enable mothers to identify insecurities, negative self-talk and destructive beliefs and messages they hold and may have unknowingly transferred to their daughters;
(3) Engage girls in self-reflection activities that will reveal areas of strength and opportunities for growth and support; and
(4) Enhance and strengthen relationships and connections between daughters and their mothers.
